Welcome to Platt Park
A vibrant, unique, and friendly neighborhood at the heart of Denver
Platt Park is a vibrant neighborhood centered around Old South Pearl Street just east of the South Broadway corridor and close to the University of Denver. Platt Park’s great location has made it one of Denver’s most-coveted neighborhoods, with access to major highways, a nearby light rail station, and walkable restaurants, shopping, and parks.
Today, renovated 1920s bungalows, English Tudors, turn-of-the-century Victorian-style homes, Denver Squares, and modern homes and townhomes make up the majority of Platt Park homes for sale, adorning the neighborhood’s tree-lined streets and adding to the charm of the area.
